We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for confirming orders with customers, ensuring timely delivery, and providing excellent customer service through various communication channels.
Responsibilities:
– Confirm orders with customers via phone calls
– Ensure orders are dispatched and delivered to customers through our logistics and delivery partners
– Facilitate seamless communication between customers and delivery partners
– Follow up with customers to ensure they receive their orders and are satisfied with their purchases
– Collect customer feedback to improve our service delivery
Requirements:
– Minimum of 1 year previous experience in customer service or a related field
– Academic qualification: OND or higher
– Excellent oral and written communication skills
– Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
– Empathy and patience
– Must reside close to Jakande Gate, Ejigbo, Isolo area of Lagos
